At Brickle End parents and carers are always made to feel welcome and valued and each day, information is given to parents and carers on their child’s progress.

Regular dialog to enable continuity of learning between home and childminders is paramount.

Respect for each family’s beliefs, traditions and wishes for the care of their children is valued.

Contracts for children are reviewed at least once a year to look at ongoing care.

A comprehensive annual report for each child is provided in conjunction with a post report meeting.

Reports give feedback on the key developmental milestines, both social and educational, together with a wide range of information drawn from specific one to one observation and our continuous assessment process. They also include examples of work.
